According to Wikipedia, Vikentiy Ferdinandovich Khmelevskiy was a Russian botanist and extraordinary professor of the University of Warsaw and Rostov University. Biography Vikentiy Khmelevskiy was born in 1860 in Siberia. He graduated from the Natural Department of the Physics and Mathematics Faculty of the Imperial Novorossiya University. In 1888 he was appointed privat-docent of Kharkov University. In 1889 he was appointed assistant professor at the Institute of Agriculture and Forestry in Nowa Aleksandria.
