Biography Killewald holds a BS in mathematics, MA in sociology, MA in statistics, and PhD in sociology from the University of Michigan. After earning her doctorate in 2011, Killewald worked as a researcher for Mathematica Policy Research before becoming an assistant professor at Harvard University in 2012. In 2016 she became full professor at Harvard University. She is currently the director of graduate studies for the PhD program in social policy at the John F. Kennedy School of Government.
