According to Wikipedia, Ali M. El-Agraa is Emeritus Professor of International Economic Integration, Fukuoka University, Japan. He was invited to Fukuoka University in 1988 while he was a Visiting Professor with the International University of Japan , on leave from the University of Leeds , which he joined in 1971. He left Sudan in 1964 for England where he became a permanent resident and in 1977 was granted British citizenship. He is married to Diana Latham Moult and has a son and a daughter . He is now back in the UK, living in Greater London.
