According to Wikipedia, Boris Andriyovich Shramko was a Ukrainian historian and professor of history. Excavations at Bilske Horodyshche near the village of Bilsk in the Ukraine have led to suggestions by archaeologist Boris Shramko and others identifying it as the Scythian capital Gelonus.
