(Suggest an Edit or Addition)According to Wikipedia, David Thomas Gwynne-Vaughan FRSE FLS MRIA was a 20th-century Welsh botanist and paleobotanist, specialising in fossilised plants . Life He was born on 12 March 1871 at Royston House in Llandovery in Wales, the eldest son of Henry Thomas Gwynne-Vaughan of Cynghordy, and his wife, Elizabeth Thomas. His mother died in 1874 when he was still very young. He was educated at Monmouth School then studied Natural Sciences at Christ's College, Cambridge, graduating in 1893. He then worked for some time at the Jodrell Laboratory in Kew.
