Education Tiller attended All Saint's College in NSW before attending the University of Sydney. Tiller graduated for the University of Sydney in 1964 with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery after previously studying Pharmacy, and was made a fellow of the Royal Australian College of Physicians in 1967.
