Why Is Douglas W. Rae Influential?
(Suggest an Edit or Addition)According to Wikipedia, Douglas Whiting Rae is an American political scientist. He is the Richard Ely Professor of Political Science and Management at Yale University. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences and served as Chief Administrative Officer of the City of New Haven, Connecticut in 1990–1991. He has contributed to the BBC, The New Republic, and The New York Times.
