According to Wikipedia, Edward Franciszek Szczepanik was a Polish economist and the last Prime Minister of the Polish Government in Exile. Biography Szczepanik was born on 21 August 1915 in Suwałki, a small town in northern Poland, while the country was part of Imperial Russia under German occupation.
