According to Wikipedia, Edwin Roulette Keedy was Dean of the University of Pennsylvania Law School from 1941 until 1945, as well as the law school's Algernon Sidney Biddle Professor of Law. Biography Keedy was born in Boonsboro, Maryland, to Reuben Miller and Anne Elizabeth Keedy. His early education was in the public schools in Hagerstown, Maryland. He received an A.B. from Franklin & Marshall College in 1899, and an LL.B. from Harvard Law School in 1906.
