According to Wikipedia, George William Miller was an American businessman and politician who served as the 65th United States Secretary of the Treasury under President Jimmy Carter from 1979 to 1981. He previously served as the 11th Chair of the Federal Reserve from 1978 to 1979. Miller was the first person to have served in both roles.
