Why Is Gaurang Yodh Influential?
(Suggest an Edit or Addition)According to Wikipedia, Gaurang Yodh was an Indian-American physicist and an expert in astroparticle physics and cosmic-ray physics. He earned his B.Sc. at the University of Bombay in 1948 and his Ph.D. in physics at the University of Chicago in 1955. During his career, he held appointments at Stanford University, Carnegie-Mellon University, and the University of Maryland, before joining the faculty at the University of California, Irvine in 1988. Yodh was a Fellow of the American Physical Society and an Elected Fellow of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
