(Suggest an Edit or Addition)According to Wikipedia, Gilbert 'Gil' Masters is a professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Stanford University. Though he officially retired in 2002, he continues to teach two classes at the university. He is the author of six books, including the leading environmental science textbook Introduction to Environmental Engineering and Science , now in its third edition. He also recently published Renewable and Efficient Electric Power Systems and Energy for Sustainability: Technology, Planning, Policy .
