Why Is Harriet Cornelia Mills Influential?
(Suggest an Edit or Addition)According to Wikipedia, Harriet Cornelia Mills was a scholar and professor of Chinese language and literature at the University of Michigan from 1966 to 1990. In 1951, she was arrested by the government of the People's Republic of China and held until October, 1955 on charges of spying. On her release she told the western press that she was guilty.
