Why Is Harry Kroger Influential?

According to Wikipedia, Harry Kroger was an American physicist and electrical engineer. He used to be a Bartle professor of electrical engineering at Binghamton University, a part of the State University of New York system. He had been a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers since 1964 and became a Life Fellow of the IEEE in 2001. He initially retired to Florida, then moved back to Austin, Texas.
