She was a Director of the Max Planck Institute Luxembourg for Procedural Law until it got closed. Education Ruiz Fabri holds advanced degrees in Public Law and Political Science , as well as a Doctorate in Law , each from the University of Bordeaux. In 1989, she received her accreditation to supervise research and, upon passing the concours, was awarded Agrégée des Facultés de Droit in 1990.
