Why Is Huang Jing Influential?

He was the director of the Centre on Asia and Globalisation and the Lee Foundation Professor on US-China Relations at the National University of Singapore's Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy until his permanent residence was revoked after the Ministry of Home Affairs called him "an agent of influence of a foreign country" on August 4, 2017.
