(Suggest an Edit or Addition)According to Wikipedia, Ida Alison Browne was an Australian geologist, petrologist and paleontologist at the University of Sydney. Early life and education Ida Alison Brown was born 16 August 1900 in Paddington, Sydney, New South Wales. She was educated at Fort Street Girls' High School, and went on to study her B.Sc. at the University of Sydney. She graduated in 1922 with first class Honours and the University medal in geology and mineralogy and second class Honours in mathematics, having also won Professor David's prize for geology and mineralogy and the Deas Thomson scholarship for mineralogy.
