(Suggest an Edit or Addition)According to Wikipedia, Jacques Sapir is a French economist, born in 1954 in Puteaux. He is the son of psychoanalyst Michel Sapir. Career Since 1996, he has been the director of studies at École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales in Paris, and head of the Centre d'Étude des Modes d'Industrialisation . He is a theoretician of economic science noted for his heterodox positions on many issues.
