Why Is James Demske Influential?

According to Wikipedia, James M. Demske, S.J., was an American Jesuit priest, academic, academic administrator and, expert on existentialism. Demske served as the President of Canisius College, a private Jesuit college in Buffalo, New York, for 27-years from 1966 until 1993. Under Demske's administration, Canisius College established its school of business. Demske also increased Canisius' endowment from just $1 million in 1966 to more than $27 million by 1993.
