Early life Jordan was born in Sihanoukville, Cambodia on November 13, 1998. At the age of one, his biological parents died and he was placed in the Women and Children's Vocational Center at Chom Chao. The nannies in the orphanage named him Pisey, which translates to "little darling" in English. When he was eighteen months old, he was adopted by Jerry Windle, a single gay man.
