Why Is Jörg Duda Influential?
(Suggest an Edit or Addition)According to Wikipedia, Jörg Duda is a German composer of classical music. Life and career Born in Munich, Duda was influenced by the church music of Scheyern Abbey. He took lessons in organ and improvisation with Harald Feller, in theory and composition with Dieter Acker. From 1988 to 1992 he studied church music at the Musikhochschule München. He studied choral conducting with Roderich Kreile and was a member in his choir Junge Kantorei München. He played organ concerts and worked as a Korrepetitor for the choir of the Bayerischer Rundfunk and the Philharmonischer Chor München. From 1992 Duda studied composition with Peter Kiesewetter at the Musikhochschule Hannover and continued with Dieter Acker in Munich, completing the "Meisterklasse" in 1997.
