She is the Jerome and Dorothy Lemelson Professor of Management and Global Economics at the MIT Sloan School of Management. Early life The eldest of three children, Forbes was raised in Concord, New Hampshire and attend Concord High School. In 1988, as a high school senior, she was selected as New Hampshire's Presidential Scholar, which gave her the opportunity to meet President Ronald Reagan at a ceremony in the White House Rose Garden.
