(Suggest an Edit or Addition)According to Wikipedia, Leo Katz is an American lawyer and the Frank Carano Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Biography Katz is the son of the historian Friedrich Katz and Jana Badian Katz. Katz earned his B.A. from the University of Chicago in 1979. He earned both a master's degree in economics from the University of Chicago and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School in 1982. He graduated with honors and earned the Order of the Coif.
