According to Wikipedia, Lucius Duncan Bulkley was an American dermatologist and alternative cancer treatment advocate. Biography Bulkley was born in Manhattan. His father was Henry Daggett Bulkley. In 1869, he obtained his M.D. from the College of Physicians and Surgeons, New York. He was house physician at New York Hospital and travelled to Europe to study dermatology in London, Paris and Vienna.
