(Suggest an Edit or Addition)According to Wikipedia, Mafizuddin Ahmed was a Bangladeshi educationist and scientist. He served as the first vice-chancellor of Jahangirnagar University. He was a founding fellow of the Bangladesh Academy of Sciences. Early life and education Ahmed completed his bachelor's and master's in Chemistry from the University of Dhaka in 1942 and 1944 respectively. He earned his Ph.D. degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1948.
