Why Is Maximilian Salzmann Influential?
(Suggest an Edit or Addition)According to Wikipedia, Maximilian Salzmann was an Austrian ophthalmologist. In 1887 he received his medical doctorate from the University of Vienna, where he later worked as an assistant to Ernst Fuchs at the eye hospital. In 1906 he became an associate professor, then in 1911 was appointed professor of ophthalmology at the University of Graz. In 1918/19 he served as dean to the faculty of medicine.
