(Suggest an Edit or Addition)According to Wikipedia, Mieczyslaw Stefan Ostojski was the second vice-president of the World Meteorological Organization and former director general of the Polish Institute of Meteorology and Water Management. Early life Mieczyslaw S. Ostojski was born on 1 January 1954 at Sławno. He graduated from the Gdansk University of Technology, where in 1988 he received the degree of Doctor of Environmental Engineering. In 2012 he obtained a postdoctoral degree of environmental engineering at the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at Wroclaw University of Technology.
