According to Wikipedia, Massimilla "Milla" Baldo-Ceolin was an Italian particle physicist. She was the daughter to the owner of a small mechanical workshop. Biography Baldo-Ceolin graduated from the University of Padua in 1952 and six years later became a professor in physics in the same university. In 1963, she was the first female to have a professorship in the university.
