(Suggest an Edit or Addition)According to Wikipedia, Oliver Mitchell Wentworth Sprague was an American economist and president of the American Economic Association in 1937. His research focused on fiscal policy and central banking. Early life and education Sprague was born to William Wallace , a businessman, and Miriam Sprague on April 22, 1873, in Somerville, Massachusetts. He attended St. Johnsbury Academy and graduated summa cum laude from Harvard University in 1894. He went on to further study at Harvard, receiving an AM in 1896 and PhD in political science in 1897.
