According to Wikipedia, Paul Albert Dodd was an American educator, economist, and labor arbitrator. He served as professor of economics at the University of California, Los Angeles from 1928 to 1962, and was appointed as the first director of the Institute of Industrial Relations from 1945 to 1947 at UCLA, before specializing as an educational administrator.
