Kahn Term Professor of Economics at the University of Pennsylvania, and is also affiliated with the University of Pennsylvania Population Studies Center, the Human Capital and Equal Opportunity Global Working Group , the IZA Institute of Labor Economics and the National Bureau of Economic Research.
