(Suggest an Edit or Addition)According to Wikipedia, Ramil Hashimli is an Azerbaijani scientist. He is famous for his activities in the field of otorhinolaryngology in Azerbaijan. He is an assosiate professor and researcher. The "APDVoice patient database" which he co-developed was designated by the Union of European Phoniatrics as a reference software for phoniatric clinics. For the first time in Azerbaijan, a "voice thickening" operation was performed on a thin-voiced male patient by Dr. Ramil Hashimli. He is the Secretary General of the "Central and West Asian Society of Otorhinolaryngology and Head and Neck Surgery", member of the board of the Azerbaijan Otorhinolaryngology Society, member of the Union Europe Phoniatrics, the European Laryngology Society, The Voice Foundation and the Near Eurasian African Otorhinolaryngology Society.
