Why Is Ramin Gurbanov Influential?

According to Wikipedia, Ramin Afad oglu Gurbanov  is an Azerbaijani lawyer, scholar, and the current president of the European Commission for the Efficiency of Justice of the Council of Europe. He is also a judge of the Baku Court of Appeal, a member of the Management Board of the Union of Associations of Judges of the Republic of Azerbaijan, and the Head of the Department of International Law of the Institute of Law and Human Rights at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences. He is a Doctor of Law and Professor of the Department of Civil Law Disciplines at the Russian University of Economics.
