(Suggest an Edit or Addition)According to Wikipedia, Richard Harvey Stern is an American attorney and law professor. Biography Born in New York City, Stern received an A.B. cum laude from Columbia College in 1953 and a B.S. in electrical engineering from Columbia University School of Engineering in 1954. He served in the U.S. Army from 1955 to 1956, and then returned to civilian life and earned an LL.B. at Yale Law School, studying under and acting as teaching assistant for Professor Friedrich Kessler and graduating cum laude and Order of the Coif, in 1959.
