According to Wikipedia, Ignace Robert Dautray, born Kouchelevitz on 1 February 1928 in the 10th arrondissement of Paris, is a French engineer, former scientific director of the French Commissariat à l'Energie Atomique and former High Commissioner for Atomic Energy. He is a member of the French Academy of Sciences, section mechanical and computer sciences, and of the French Academy of Technology.
