According to Wikipedia, Romuald Jałbrzykowski was a Polish Catholic priest. Life Jałbrzykowski was born in Łętowo-Dąb, and he attended the seminary in Saint Petersburg. He was ordained in 1901, and he became the titular bishop of Cuse in 1918. From 1925 to 1926 he was the bishop of Łomża; from 1926 to 1955, archbishop of Wilno ; and, from 1945 to 1955, bishop of Białystok.
