Saul Krugman was a physician, and later pediatrician, whose studies of hepatitis, rubella, and measles resulted in the development of vaccinations for these debilitating diseases. The results of these studies were acquired through ethically questionable practices which came to light during the Willowbrook State School scandal of 1987.
