According to Wikipedia, Swapan Chattopadhyay CorrFRSE is an Indian American physicist. Chattopadhyay completed his PhD from the University of California in 1982. Currently, Chattopadhyay is part-time Faculty at University of California at Berkeley, adjunct professor of photon science at SLAC, Stanford University, and emeritus president's professor at Northern Illinois University and distinguished scientist emeritus at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory , where he was a member of the director's senior leadership team and was director of the Cooperative Research and Development Agreement between Fermilab and NIU.
