His parents were businessman Einar Rosenqvist and Julia Marija Kos . His brother was Ivan Th. Rosenqvist. From 1945 to 1963 he was married to Tone Barth , the sister of Professor of Social Anthropology Fredrik Barth . He later married Siri Sverdrup Lunden .
