He has been a Chief Scientist at SINTEF ICT since 2003. Career Dybå received his Master of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in 1987. In 2001 he received his Doctoral degree in Computer and Information Science from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
