Biography Born in Brno to family of the Brno normative legal school representative Zdeněk Neubauer , Neubauer graduated from Charles University in Prague . During his activity in Laboratorio Internazionale di Genetica e Biofisica in Naples he made several discoveries in genetics. In 1982 left the university because of nonconformist attitudes . After that, he was mainly a philosopher , publishing underground. Since 1990, he has been a member of the department of philosophy and history of science at Charles University Faculty of Science.
