According to Wikipedia, Zheng Xuan , courtesy name Kangcheng , was a Chinese philosopher, politician, and writer near the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty. He was born in Gaomi, Beihai Commandery , and was a student of Ma Rong, together with Lu Zhi.
