East Central College is a comprehensive community college with three locations in east central Missouri in the St. Louis metropolitan area. The main campus is located in Union, Missouri, sitting on over . In addition, ECC offers classes in Rolla and Washington. Approximately 2,100 students are enrolled in classes each semester. Students can complete the first two years of coursework toward a bachelor's degree and then to transfer to a four-year institution. More than 25 career/technical programs are offered with Associate of Applied Science and certificate options available for students who intend to immediately enter the workforce. ECC is accredited by The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
