Biography Born on August 30, 1972, in Kaliningrad Moscow Oblast. In 1994 he graduated from the Philological Faculty of Moscow State University. In 1997 he graduated from the Moscow Theological Seminary, and in 2001 — the Moscow Theological Academy.
