According to Wikipedia, Miodrag Simović is a Bosnian judge and academic, member of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina. He declared ethnic affiliation as a Bosnian Serb. Biography Simović graduated with honours from the University of Novi Sad Faculty of Law. In 1981, he obtained his master's degree in criminal law in Novi Sad, and defended his PhD dissertation at the same faculty in 1985. After completing his law studies he worked in the Ministry of Internal Affairs and in the Ministry of Justice and Administration of the Socialist Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina. From 30 January 1991 until 25 October 1993 he held the office of the Vice-President of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and then Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
